This is the Privacy Policy between you and Darling ("we" - "us" - "Service" or "APP"). This terms explains how we collect, use, process and store your Personal Information as well as your rights during your use of our products, we have formulated this Privacy Policy (this "Policy").

1. What Information We Collect

When you use our Service, we collect Personal Information about you, the majority of which you choose to provide.

• When you create an account, you are required to provide limited Personal Information that is necessary for you to register such as phone number (if you register with), your nickname, your gender, your date of birth.
• We collect Personal Information you voluntarily provide in the Profile. You can create a Profile during or after your registering. In your Profile, you may voluntarily provide your Personal Information, such as your photo, sexual orientation, height, weight, body type, language, ethnicity, role, relationship status, and any other information that you add to your profile in the App. You should carefully consider what Personal Information to include in your Profile, and you can review and change that information at any time.
• Data About Your Accounts on Other Services: We may obtain certain information through your social media or other online accounts if they are connected to your account in our Services. If you login to our Services via Google or Apple Id, we ask for your permission to access certain information about that other account. For example, depending on the platform or service we may collect your name, profile picture, gender, info, and birthday. Those platforms and services make information available to us through their APIs. The information we receive depends on what information you (via your privacy settings) or the platform or service decide to give us.
• Please note that you may voluntarily provide us with your sensitive information (such as your gender identity, ethnicity, personal interests, relationships and preferences, health condition) about yourself, but these are optional. We do not proactively collect your sensitive information. Where you choose to provide us with such sensitive information, you are explicitly consenting to our processing of your information.

We can automatically collect hardware and software information from your mobile device, as applicable, including:

• An identifier that is unique to the device on which you install the Service and some device identifiers may be persistent device identifiers;
• Advertising identifiers;
• Operating system;
• Browser type;
• Mobile network information;
• The make, model and serial number of your device;
• Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• Your device’s operating system and other technical information;
• Platform type;
• The Service pages that you visit and the date and time of your visits;
• Information regarding your access and use of the Service;
• Information regarding Service crashes;
• Aggregated information;
• Information about your geographic locations; and

We ask for your consent to access your geographic location information. If you allow such access, we collect your geographic location to determine your distance from other users through GPS, Wi-Fi and/or cellular technology in your device. You may change such access to geographic location information via the settings on your device. Your last known geographic location can be stored for the purpose of calculating your distance from other users. If you do not allow such access, you may not be able to use all portions of all functionality of the Service. Prior to your installation of the Service, we may have already collected information about the other apps or services that you have used via our service providers, third parties and/or other parties.

If you upload a photo or video, or send an audio message, while using our Services, you will be required to permit us to access your camera, photo gallery, and microphone in which case we will have access to the photos and videos stored in your photo gallery.

We collect certain Personal Information that is generated through your use of the Services. This Personal Information includes information about whose user profiles you have viewed, products and services you have purchased through the Services, how you interacted with the App, and how you communicate with other users.

When you subscribe our premium service, we collect financial information necessary to process your payments as per your chosen payment method. Please note that we do not store any credit card or other payment card details. However, our payment service providers do (and are approved to do so by all applicable regulatory bodies).

2. What We Do With Your Information

In general, we use your Personal Information to:

• Provide you with the Services associated with your account.
• Answer your inquiries and provide you with support.
• Allow you to enjoy certain Service and Property features.
• Protect our interests as a company.
• Respond to legal requests from law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other third-parties to comply with Legal Obligations.

3. How We Share Your Personal Information

In general, we share your Personal Information in the following ways:

• Third-Party Partners. We shares Personal Information with a number of third-party partners to bring you better services, such as Service Providers , Ad / Marketing Partners help facilitate advertising experiences.
• Business Transactions. If another company acquires, or plans to acquire, our company, business, or assets, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by us and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Policy.
• Legal Obligations. We may access, preserve and disclose Personal Information to investigate, prevent, or take action in connection with: (i) enforcement of the Terms of Service; (ii) claims that any content or behavior violates our policies or the rights of third-parties; (iii) requests for customer service; (iv) technical issues; (v) protecting the rights, property or personal safety of our APP, its users or the public; (vi) lawful legal requests, including subpoenas, warrants, or court orders or in connection with any legal process; (vii) establishing or exercising our legal rights or defending against legal claims; (viii) tax and accounting purposes; or (ix) as otherwise required by law, collectively "Legal Obligations".

We do not sell or rent any personal information about you to any third party.

4. Security

We take administrative, technical and physical measures to help protect the information you provide through, or in connection with, the Service from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Please be aware, however, that no security measures can guarantee absolute security. No Internet, email or application transmission or method of electronic storage is ever fully secure or error free. Email or other communications, including without limitation, those sent through, or in connection with, the Service, may not be secure. You should use caution whenever submitting information through, or in connection with, the Service, and take special care in deciding which information you provide us online.

You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If you lose your password or give it out, your personal information may be compromised.

5. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We retain your Personal Information for no longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or as otherwise permitted or pursuant to Legal Obligations or pursuant to the Terms of Service.

6. Your Rights

Where your jurisdiction's law allows, you can make the following choices and exercise your rights regarding your Personal Information held by us:

• To request confirmation of whether or not we process your personal information, details of the information that we hold about you and how we use it and to access your personal information and to be provided with a copy
• To request rectification of your personal information: if you believe that the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, you can request that we correct it and you can also request us to complete personal information about you
• To request deletion of your personal information (please see Deletion of Your Account below)

7. Deletion of Your Account

You may delete your account and related Profile Information at any time. After deletion, your Personal Information will be deleted from our systems in accordance with this Policy. There are circumstances where some or all of your information may be retained after your request (such as for Legal Obligations, moderation review, dispute resolution, and other matters in accordance with this Policy).

To delete your account, you can:

• Tap Me > Settings > Delete account > Confirm to delete your account

• Click "Delete Account" > Log in > Confirm to delete your account

Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. And there will be NO REFUND during the deletion.

8. Children Policy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under age 18 (or similar minimum age stipulated in the relevant jurisdiction). If you are minors, please do not access, use or submit any personal information through the Service. If you have reason to believe that we have accidentally received personal information from an individual under age 18, please contact us and we will take relevant steps.

9. Disclaimer Towards Third Parties

There may be links to third parties' websites, products and services on or in our website, app and services. Information collected by a third party which may contain location data or contact information will be subject to the third party's privacy policy. You are advised to understand such policy. We do not control or review the privacy policy or practices of such third parties, nor shall we be liable for any responsibilities arising therefrom. After clicking a link directing to an external website or third-party application, this policy shall not be applicable.

10. Change and Update

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any update of this Policy via app push notification, pop-up prompt, or email/SMS or announcement on the app. By continuing to use our services after the updated Policy takes effect, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and accepted, and are willing to be bound by, the updated Policy.
